Traditional networking
A few of us met on Thursday evening for some traditional social networking in The Westgate pub. We had some great chats, and it was clear there’s lots of energy to help tackle some of the issues facing people and businesses in Winchester District.

Data sources
Data sources is a bit of a ‘moving feast’. At the time of writing we’ve identified around 80 which we think are directly relevant to Hack Winchester’s theme and topics. The current list is in a Google Sheet here. There are a few yet to be added.
Some publishers – like the Office for National Statistics, Food Standards Agency, Open Data Communities (MHCLG), and Ordnance Survey publish lots of data, and their sites are well worth exploring.
If you know of any other sources or individual data sets that might be useful for the hack, please leave a comment at the end of this post, ping me an email, or use the contact form. Please email me if you want to be given edit access to the Google Sheet
Theme and Topics
